Each person may only open one account. If the same individual registers multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the balance may be forfeited. Multiple accounts detected under the same mobile number, email address, or device will be treated as a rule violation.
It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact mn7 Support immediately. Enabling two-factor authentication is strongly recommended to keep your account safe.
mn7 strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 18. Betting by minors is strictly illegal, and preventing it is our top priority.

If a minor attempts to open an account, or if anyone manages an account on behalf of a minor, all balances in that account will be forfeited and action will be taken against all parties involved.

Mn7 supports Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions must be made from a number registered in the user's own name. Transactions made from third-party numbers will be cancelled and no claims will be accepted.
The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if verification is in progress or suspicious activity is detected.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, mn7 reserves the right to void the affected bets. This will not be grounds for any compensation claim by the user.

The welcome bonus is available to new registered users one time only. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting the specified wagering requirements are withdrawable. Maximum bet amounts placed with bonus balance may be subject to limits.
Mn7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. We aim to provide notice before a promotion ends, though this is not guaranteed.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on mn7. Violations will result in permanent account suspension and possible forfeiture of your balance.
Mn7 monitors all suspicious activity and may suspend an account immediately if required. mn7 reserves the right to freeze the funds of any account under investigation. In cases of serious violations, the relevant authorities will be notified.
Users may close their account at any time by contacting mn7 Support. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account — recovering funds from a closed account may not be possible.
As part of responsible betting, users may request self-exclusion. Your account will be locked for a set period — 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Requests to reactivate the account during this period will not be accepted.
